Personal Training
Personal Training is a completely tailored program to suit your personal needs. Designed from the ground up, a personal training blueprint is created which incorporates the complexities of your personal schedule to ensure bad habits change. This ensures long term weight-loss is achieved
WEIGHT-LOSS SURGERY
Undergoing a gastric banding or gastric sleeve operation? Investigate your exercise options before or after surgery. We work closely with doctors across the Illawarra to ensure that you are best prepared for surgery
REHAB TRAINING
Do you have a Knee, Hip Back or Shoulder injury? If so, a well-balanced exercise Rehabilitation program is needed to get you back regular movement. We work closely with physiotherapists across the Wollongong area and aid clients returning to exercise after major injuries
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Based on the founding philosophy of Body Revival – “Personal Fitness Solutions” our small group classes ensure that you don’t get lost in the crowd. We offer small classes (maximum 10 participants) so we can work closely with each client, creating a truely personal experience
